For Brand New/Refurbished and Unused items
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days has gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible for a return, your product must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. A technician will inspect the product before a refund is processed. (Technician inspection may take up to 48 hours).
The refund amount is less the original shipping cost incurred by GHT Imports to ship the products(s) to the Customer in the first place. You are responsible for the cost to return the product.
There is a 15% restocking fee for all change of mind or returned items.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will make contact with you to notify you of approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, (excluding cash) within 10 business days.
Exchanges
No exchanges can be made under our returns and refunds policy.
Sale Items (if applicable)
Only full priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Used products
GHT Imports is unable to issue refunds for any products that have been
used. This includes used refurbished items.
Can my refund still be denied after returning my product?
GHT Imports reserves the right to refuse to refund a product that does not meet the criteria outlined in our Return Policy. This includes products that have been used, not returned in their intact, original packaging, or products that have been damaged or broken since being received by the Customer.
Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to GHT IMPORTS Shop 4 – 72 ARGYLE ST, TRARALGON, VIC, Australia
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your
item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refunds from website orders that have not been picked up
15% restocking fee applies
Deposits for Products
An administration and merchant fee of $50 will be charged for all cancellations of product purchased where a deposit has been made to hold stock/products.
